FiberCop closes 2021 with 321 million in profit

Revenues of EUR 977.7 million and EBITDA of EUR 852.74 million

FiberCop closed 2021 with a profit of 321.2 million euros, revenues of 977.72 million and an EBITDA of 852.74 million euros.

While Tim and Cdp Equity start talks in view of a possible integration of the two networks, the documentation published in view of the shareholders' meeting reveals the "numbers" of the wholesale operator controlled 58% by Tim and 37.5% by Kkr and 4.5% by Fastweb.

Open Fiber has instead closed 2021 with revenues of around 380 million and an EBITDA of 152 million.
