The information on this site is provided in good faith and FiberCop considers it to be accurate. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of this site.

Information received by FiberCop

Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes in any way related to these conditions. In any case, FiberCop reserves the right, should it deem it necessary, to take legal action before courts in countries or cities other than Italy or Milan to protect its interests and enforce its rights.
