The Board of Directors of FiberCop s.p.a, which met today, analyzed the company's performance as of the first quarter of 2025, which recorded the achievement of all targets both on the economics and the widespread development of the fiber optic network in the country.

The Board also confirmed the appointment of Mr. Massimo Sarmi as CEO until the date of approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2026, expected by the end of May 2027, thereby aligning the term of this appointment with the expiration of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Sarmi for his continued, stable and successful leadership. Massimo Sarmi retains his role of Chairman of FiberCop.
