FiberCop SPA (“The Company”) announces that the Board of Directors, chaired by Massimo Sarmi, has unanimously agreed to accept the proposal presented by Luigi Ferraris to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.
The Chairman will lead and work together with the Company strong and experienced management team to ensure the continued delivery of the strategic and operational objectives of the Company.
The board will promptly begin the search for the new CEO.
